Nature heals. The most effective way to calm down and relax would be just going out of doors and becoming one with nature.
Think about grounding or earthing - barefoot on the beach, or on a patch of lawn. On your back and staring at the blue sky and clouds. A dip in the sea, a river, an outside shower or a swimming pool.
Connecting with the Big Outdoors - swimming, fishing, cycling, walking, playing tennis, bowling - if you can do it outside, it will benefit your mental health.
